Phillips PW1500/35 X-ray powder diffractometer
X-ray diffractometer for polycrystalline samples working in reflection (Bragg-Brentano) geometry. Refurbished and fully automated. Equipped with a proportional (Xe) detector and a Co X-ray tube (Kalpha wavelength = 0.179026 nm). The Kbeta line is attenuated with a Fe foil beta filter.
