Proto iXRD portable residual stresses and retained austenite measurement system

This portable XRD instrument uses a compact and portable 300W self-contained control unit, that integrates high-voltage supply, x-ray tube cooling, motor control, system electronics and a display panel for kV, mA and interlocks. Features two position sensitive detectors for fast measurements.
